About Kim Sparks

Kimberly Sparks obtained her Bachelors of Science degree from Colorado State University 1984, her Juris Doctor from University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 1998 and her Masters in Taxation from the University of Alabama in 2010. She has been a member of the Colorado State Bar and a practicing attorney since 1998. Her dedication to the law, continuous pursuit of quality and professionalism are the foundations that her business, Sparks Legal Corporation, thrives upon.

Ms. Sparks started out as a solo practitioner with a diverse practice for eight years while her children were young then went on to practice at a large law firm in the Denver area. Since leaving that firm, Kim has concentrated her practice in the areas of estate planning, entity formation and business planning.

Kim is passionate about the practice of law and mindful of how her role as a family’s attorney can affect client lives, their businesses and the lives of those they love. She is committed to helping her clients clearly understand their options and helping them achieve their estate planning and business goals.
